The PESO Model Explained: Grow Your Personal Brand Faster!

I’ll be real with you. Recording this week’s video didn’t come easy. I had a clear message I wanted to share, but the delivery felt off. Still, I followed through.

No edits. No fancy cuts. Just consistency. That’s what I’m building right now, showing up, even when it’s not perfect.

We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to always perform at a high level. But sometimes the biggest wins come from simply keeping the promise you made to yourself. For me, that’s uploading on YouTube every Friday. Not for views, but for growth.

This week, I broke down the PESO model, something I’ve used for years with clients but only recently started applying to my own brand. Paid, earned, shared, and owned media. It’s not a fancy theory. It’s a real strategy that, when done right, puts you in the right places at the right time.

Paid gets you fast reach. Earned builds your credibility. Shared grows your community. Owned gives you control. When you align all four, you create momentum that lasts.

Most people pick one and ignore the rest. But real brand growth needs an integrated approach. That’s what I’m committing to now and if you’re serious about being known, trusted and in demand, you should too.

This is my version of training day. Every week, I’m putting something out. Not because I’ve mastered it, but because I’m committed to improving. On camera, in business, and in how I show up for my audience.

And if you’ve ever had one of those days where things don’t go to plan? Keep going. Do it messy. Do it anyway. That’s how we build something real.

See you next week.
